(PresseBox) - Aegis Software präsentiert auf der SMT 2014 in Nürnberg die neue inStock Software.
Die inStock Web-Applikation für mobiles Material-Management verbindet die Leistung der Aegis' FactoryLogix Logistiklösung mit einem robusten und einfach zu bedienenden Motorola MC40 Handheld-Computer. Mit inStock können Benutzer - ohne zu einem entfernten Terminal laufen zu müssen - Barcodelabel scannen und Informationen zum Materialbestand im Lager abrufen oder das jeweilige Material an Ort und Stelle im Lager ausbuchen. Zudem werden die Bediener mit digitalen Kommissionierlisten, die nach ihrem Ziel in der Fertigung gruppiert und für die effiziente Kommissionierung im Lager sortiert sind, durch die Materialentnahme geführt. Der direkte Zugriff auf die Informationen, die das Personal in der Fertigung braucht, spart enorm viel Zeit und Arbeitskosten.
