BANKRUPTCY PETITION AGAINST UBS BANK AG

Prof Seno Edy Soekanto his partners have submitted a BANKRUPTCY PETITION AGAINST UBS BANK AG; PARADEPLATZ 6; 8002 ZURICH

As clients of the UBS we have been trying to receive our assets for several months. UBS was not able to deliver these assets and as creditors of UBS we have to consider the bank insolvent. The same is true for other clients of the bank.

We have therefore submitted all documents for the immediate petition of a bankrupty proceeding against UBS Bank to Swiss Bankruptcy Court Zurich and FINMA, Swiss Banking Supervisory Authority based on Art 192 SchKG in combination with (Art. 725a, 817, 903 OR) , 28-37g BankG and Bankeninsolvenzverordnung-FINMA, BIV-FINMA). Eidgenössische Finanzmarktaufsicht (FINMA), Article 28 Absatz 2 und 34 Absatz 3 des Bankengesetzes vom 8. November 19341 (BankG), Article 36a des Börsengesetzes vom 24. März 1995(BEHG), Article 42 des Pfandbriefgesetzes vom 25. Juni 19303 (PfG), Bankeninsolvenzverordnung Art 1 ff.

We request the immediate installation of a liquidation administrator for the bank from FINMA and Swiss government and the ring-fencing of our assets

In parallel we have filed criminal complaints regarding embezzlement against the UBS board, supervisory board and the Rothschild Family as major shareholders of the bank.
