The concept is known in the state of Australia for years now. The restaurant aims to sell entirely seasonal local produce from region of Riverine and Rangers Valley in New South Wales and Amelia Park and Mt Barker from Western Australia. The restaurant is designed as a tribute to old style New York Steak house.
The core of the menu is designed by the national Chef De Cuisine of Chop house, Eric Tan in conjunction with the Scott Alfonso, who is the Head Chef at Chop House Perth & Sydney. The heart of the menu will be primarily focused on offering cuts of meats, Oysters, Pork such as fillet, rump, and sirloin with big sharing cuts of porterhouse and chateaubriand. Not only this, the chop house features a divine numbers of wines especially local brewers Young Henrys and Margaret River’s Eagle Pale Ale.
