Lenovo Group Limited, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong, People's Republic of China,
informed Medion AG on October 17, 2012 pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, that
its percentage of voting rights in Medion AG, Am Zehnthof 77, 45307 Essen (ISIN
DE0006605009) continues to exceed the threshold of 75% on October 11, 2012 and,
as per this date, amounts to 87.53% (42,380,797 out of a total of 48,418,400
voting rights). 79.81% (38,643,827 out of a total of 48,418,400 voting rights)
of these voting rights are to be attributed to Lenovo Group Limited pursuant to
section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG from Lenovo Germany Holding GmbH via the
following companies which are controlled by Lenovo Group Limited and whose
holdings of voting rights amount to 3% each or more in Medion AG: Lenovo (BVI)
Limited, Lenovo (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., Lenovo International Limited, Lenovo
(Belgium) Sprl, Lenovo (International) B.V., Lenovo Germany Holding GmbH.
Further 7.72% (3,736,970 out of a total of 48,418,400 voting rights) are to be
attributed to Lenovo Group Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1
WpHG from Medion AG holding 3,736,970 own shares (eigene Aktien) within the
meaning of section 71 et seq. German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) via the afore
mentioned companies.
Lenovo (BVI) Limited, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, informed Medion AG on
October 17, 2012 pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, that its percentage of voting
rights in Medion AG, Am Zehnthof 77, 45307 Essen (ISIN DE0006605009) continues
to exceed the threshold of 75% on October 11, 2012 and, as per this date,
amounts to 87.53% (42,380,797 out of a total of 48,418,400 voting rights).
79.81% (38,643,827 out of a total of 48,418,400 voting rights) of these voting
rights are to be attributed to Lenovo (BVI) Limited pursuant to section 22 (1)
sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG from Lenovo Germany Holding GmbH via the following

voting rights amount to 3% each or more in Medion AG: Lenovo (Singapore) Pte.

(International) B.V., Lenovo Germany Holding GmbH. Further 7.72% (3,736,970 out
of a total of 48,418,400 voting rights) are to be attributed to Lenovo (BVI)
Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG from Medion AG holding
3,736,970 own shares (eigene Aktien) within the meaning of section 71 et seq.

Medion AG on October 17, 2012 pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, that its
percentage of voting rights in Medion AG, Am Zehnthof 77, 45307 Essen (ISIN
DE0006605009) continues to exceed the threshold of 75% on October 11, 2012 and,
as per this date, amounts to 87.53% (42,380,797 out of a total of 48,418,400
